Cynthia and Carin Cundey collaborate to teach yoga nidra workshops because they know firsthand we live in an overstimulated, often over stressed world and it’s difficult to find the time to we need to step out of the chaos and into the stillness that is available to us. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a systematic guided meditation designed to create total body relaxation as well as deep meditative state. Through a variety of techniques such as restorative yoga, guided imagery and body scanning, Carin and Cynthia will lead you effortlessly to a relaxed state. Take a few minutes each day by joining them online or plan an evening for yourself with their next workshop, either way, plan on feeling completely rested and rejuvenated.

Intro to Yoga
Are you new to yoga or have you wanted to get back to a regular practice but just haven’t found the time? Or maybe you are already experienced but desire getting back to the basics, to drop into the practice of simplicity and slowing down?
Cynthia teaches intro to yoga workshops at Groove Yoga where we practice foundational alignment, learn ease in the transitions between poses, build core strength, find balance through breath work, and release built up stress and tension while learning to focus and be still in the pose. This series is a great class to begin your yoga journey or to advance your practice by getting back to basics.
