Cynthia and Carin Cundey collaborate to teach yoga nidra workshops because they know firsthand we live in an overstimulated, often over stressed world and it’s difficult to find the time to we need to step out of the chaos and into the stillness that is available to us. Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a systematic guided meditation designed to create total body relaxation as well as deep meditative state. Through a variety of techniques such as restorative yoga, guided imagery and body scanning, Carin and Cynthia will lead you effortlessly to a relaxed state. Take a few minutes each day by joining them online or plan an evening for yourself with their next workshop, either way, plan on feeling completely rested and rejuvenated.

Intro to Yoga
Are you new to yoga or have you wanted to get back to a regular practice but just haven’t found the time? Or maybe you are already experienced but desire getting back to the basics, to drop into the practice of simplicity and slowing down?
Cynthia teaches intro to yoga workshops at Groove Yoga where we practice foundational alignment, learn ease in the transitions between poses, build core strength, find balance through breath work, and release built up stress and tension while learning to focus and be still in the pose. This series is a great class to begin your yoga journey or to advance your practice by getting back to basics.

Spring Flight Club + Groove University
Flight Club is back at Groove Yoga in Bend, just in time for a Spring Cleanse. What are you ready to shed? We are offering 4 Groove University classes to assist you in some spring cleaning to free the body and mind of what may be holding you back and to learn tools to step into the fullness of your power.
Flight Club begins Monday May 1st - Tuesday May 30st. 26 classes in 30 days + 1 Groove U is required to complete Flight Club. Your name will then be entered into a drawing to win a Groove Summer Unlimited Pass. (June 1st- August 31st)
Groove U, Fridays in May 6:00-7:30pm $15 each.
May 5th w/Amber: Detox Flow. Prepare the body for the month ahead with a fun, sweaty detox flow class.
May 12th w/Cynthia: Fire Practice. Ignite your inner fire to cleanse and create. Through a core heating practice learn "kriyas" (cleansing techniques) and "pranayama" (breath work) to purify and energize. Plus the key tools to create your ultimate reality. Come on an empty stomach for the most benefit.
May 19th Bridget: Chakra Party. Identify and balance the chakras through breath, guided meditation, a slow flow and essential oils.
May 26th Kristin: Heart Opening. This class is way more than just backbends! Learn how to keep the heart open throughout class and all of life.
